Position and Responsibilities Overview

Responsible for the Job Cost function— General contact administrative functions including contract and insurance compliance, project cost review, subcontractor/supplier processing. Responsible for contractor and subcontractor liens, and invoice posting. Responsible for the accounts receivable function - post receipts, notify project managers, research discrepancies and collections as necessary.

    • Review of Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
    • Review of Subcontractor Pay Estimates
  • Accounts Receivable
    • Entry of Pay Estimates
    • Review of Pay Estimates
    • Review of Accounts Aging
    • Collections
  • Contract Management
    • Manage the status of Contracts
    • Manage the status of subcontracts and compliance items
  • Audit of Workflows
  • Flexibility - Duties may be prioritized as needed.
  • Work well as a team member

Qualifications:

  • Indirect supervision.
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Fully competent in all conventional aspects of subject matter or functional area.
  • Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation/modification of standards.
  • Devises new solutions to problems encountered.
  • Independently performs most assignments with instruction
  • Receives guidance for unusual or complex problems and supervisor approval for changes in standards.
  • College/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally expected for specified technical roles.
